1½ cups sugar

½ cup oil

2 eggs

2 cups buttermilk

2½ cups flour

2½ teaspoons of baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups Kellog's All Bran Cereal

1 cup Nabisco 100% Bran

1 cup boiling water

1½ cups of seedless raisins

Directions:
Pour boiling water over 100% Bran and set aside

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs beating well.Add buttermilk, flour, salt, soda. Next add bran with water mixture and dry bran and mix well. Add raisins last.

Store in refrigerator until ready for use.

Pour into paper cups or grease and flour muffin tin. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
