½ cup oleo
½ cup oil
1-3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup sour cream or buttermilk
4 tbsp. cocoa
2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups grated zucchini
4 cups chocolate chips


Directions:

Mix oleo, oil, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla, milk, cocoa, flour, soda, salt, and zucchini. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Pour into batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. No frosting needed.
