1 (16 oz.) pineapple tidbits
¾ cups sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups crushed buttery crackers
¼ cup margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar, flour, and juice in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat until sugar is partially dissolved. Stir in pineapple and cheese. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers, drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 5-6 servings.
