¾ lb. frozen hash browns
¾ tsp. salt
½ can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. (8 oz.) sour cream
¼ cup melted butter
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
5 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Topping – crushed corn flakes and melted butter



Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except topping. Add crushed corn flakes and melted butter to top and bake for 30 minutes or till golden brown at 350 degrees. Can make ahead and freeze before baking.
