BBQ Shrimp Recipe

2 lbs. large shrimp with shells on
4 sticks of butter
2 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. black pepper
1 t. chopped rosemary leaves
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 ounces beer
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
½ medium onion, finely minced
1 stalk of celery , finely minced
2 t. chopped parsley
1 t. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick of butter in skillet. Saute' the garlic, onions, celery, parsley, rosemary, and seasoning blend for about 3 minutes.
Melt the rest of the butter- 3 sticks, add the beer, add the saute', Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
Dip the shrimp in the seasoned butter.
Bake in preheated 350º oven until the shrimp turn pink (about 15 minutes).
Serve in big bowls. Put in a handful of shrimp and ladle lots of the hot spicy butter sauce over it.
Always good to serve with homemade French Bread and enjoy!
