1 cup oil
1 ½ cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix oil, sugar, eggs, and lemon juice. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well with hands. Divide dough into two parts.

On a cookie sheet, shape each piece of dough into the size and length of a strudel. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.

Cut into ¾-inch slices and spread slices onto a cookie sheet and turn the oven to 400°F. Return to oven to brown and toast for 5 minutes.
