3 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ cups butter
1 egg plus 1 yolk
1 tablespoon vinegar
Apricot-pineapple jam

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and sugar in food processor bowl. Add butter and process until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add egg, egg yolk, and vinegar; process briefly to combine.

Spread ⅔ of the mixture in a greased 9 by 13-inch baking pan. Pat down firmly. Spread jam over top, and sprinkle remaining dough over jam.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F until well browned.
