1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash of salt
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter, cottage cheese, flour, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Beat until smooth and elastic. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.

Divide dough into six equal portions. Take one portion and roll on a floured surface into a circle about ¼-inch thick and 8 to 10 inches in diameter.

Mix cocoa, cinnamon, and sugar together. Sprinkle on top of each circle. Cut into eight wedges. Roll up each wedge, starting at rounded edge. Place point-side down on ungreased baking sheet. Curve each crescent slightly. Repeat with remaining dough. Sprinkle remaining cocoa-cinnamon sugar on top of crescents.

Bake at 350°F degrees about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool on racks.
