2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 cup canola oil
3 cups grated carrots
4 eggs
½ cup nuts
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, carrots, and pineapple. Add nuts. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes. Place in 9x13 pan.
You may add ½ cup raisins.
