1 9" ready to bake pie crust
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin pie filling
2 eggs lightly beaten
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ t. salt
1 t. ground cinnamon
½ t. ground ginger
¼ t. ground nutmeg
1 ½ cups (12 oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk

Note: Prepare 1 pie crust according to directions on package.
Preheat oven to 325º
Combine first eight ingredients in order given and mix well. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 325º for 1 hour 15 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool and garnish with whipped topping if desired.
Tip: Cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning.
