8 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
2 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Mix butter, cream cheese, flour, and egg; chill overnight. Split into 4 balls. Put on well-floured board. Roll out as thin as possible. The perfect rolled dough is so transparent you can read through it.
