4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups matzo cake meal
¼ cup potato starch
¼ teaspoon salt
Jam, grated apple, nuts, or cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and oil. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll out dough and top with jam, grated apple, nuts, or cinnamon sugar. Roll dough into a jellyroll shape.

Bake at 350°F on a greased cookie sheet for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
