1½ cups Elbow Macaroni
3 tbsp. Butter
¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
1½ cup Milk
½ tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
¼ tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain; set aside.
2. In medium saucepan melt butter. Add onion; cook until soft. Blend in flour, then milk; cook and stir until thick and smooth. Add salt, pepper, and cheese, heat and stir until cheese is melted.
3. Mix sauce with macaroni. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
