1 egg
¼ cup milk
3 t. mayonnaise
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. dijon mustard
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 lb. cooked Backfin or Lump Crabmeat (drained flaked and any cartilage removed)
½ cup dry bread crumbs
2 t. butter

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk together egg, milk, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, salt,and pepper.
Fold in crabmeat.
Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Drop ⅓ crab mixture in the bread crumbs and shape into approximately ¾ inch thick patties. Turn carefully to coat on all sides. Repeat with remaining crab mixture.
In a skillet, cook patties in melted butter for 3 minutes on medium heat on each side or until golden brown.
