1 pound spinach
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 small red onion
4 slices bacon
¼ cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach drain thoroughly and shred coarsely. Place spinach in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and let stand 30 minutes. Slice onion separate into rings and combine half the onion with spinach. Fry bacon until crisp, remove from skillet and crumble coarsely. Heat bacon fat stir in vinegar and sugar. Pour over spinach. Toss until wilted. Sprinkle with bacon and garnish with remaining onion rings and sliced hard boiled eggs.
