1 pound ground veal
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 onions, sliced
1 can (10 ½ ounces) condensed tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 potatoes, peeled and diced into ½- inch cubes
2 carrots, sliced ½-inch thick

Directions:

Season veal with paprika, salt, and pepper. Brown veal in a Dutch oven, drain off most of the fat, add onions and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes until soft. Add tomato soup and water. Stir in the potatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
