1 ½ lbs hamburger
1 egg
1 cup applesauce
1 cup cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
¼ cup finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll in balls, place in baking dish.
Combine ½ cup water and ⅔ cup catsup.
Pour over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350º
