1 15-oz can of pumpkin puree
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 deep dish pie crust (either homemade or store bought)

Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare pie crust. Mix all ingredients up to the pie crust. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake for about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
