¾ Cup Crisco or Margarine......................3 Cups Quick Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar..................................1½ Cups Flour
½ Cup Sugar.............................................½ tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter................................½ tsp Salt
1 Egg........................................................1 Cup Raisins
¼ Cup Milk...............................................1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream Crisco and sugars, beat in peanut butter, then egg, milk and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients then add to creamed mixture. Beat well add oats then stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by tbsp. 2" apart on lightly greased cookies sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
