Ingredients:  
½ lb. bacon, fried crispy and broken up.
1 cup cooked wild rice
1 can cream of potato soup
1 cup shredded American cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 pint half and half (may use half cream and half and half)

Directions:
Directions:
Place soup in pan and add half and half, bacon, onion, cheese, and wild rice.
Simmer until cheese is melted and wild rice is tender. Salt and pepper as desired.
