1½ cups sugar
10 egg yolks
4 Tbs. flour
4 Tbs. cocoa
2 Tbs. vanilla
10 egg whites
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add sugar and beat till light and fluffy.
Sift together cocoa and flour and slowly blend in; add vanilla and blend in.

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are stiff.

Gently fold the cocoa mixture
into the beaten egg whites.

Line a jelly roll pan with wax or parchment paper, then pour the above mixture into the lined pan (extra large one) and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

When done peel off the wax paper while cake is still warm and immediately roll up in a towel and place on a rack to cool.

Fill wth whipped cream.
