Notes: Angel Biscuits are a cross between a biscuit and a yeast roll. Whenever my family and I travelled to North Carolina to visit my Mother, and when we left to return home... we always had a supply of Angel Biscuits to eat on the road back to Indianapolis. Mother added ham or sausage inside the Angel Biscuits. The best ever.
