1 Dozen Wellfleet Oysters on the half-shell
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:

Mix together bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning. Spoon mixture onto each oyster.

Bake at 400º for 10 minutes or until topping is light brown. Serve immediately.
