1 loaf of frozen bread dough. (make sure you check the expiration date)

Speed Thaw Method:
1. Spray pan or large bowl with a cooking spray or oil the pan/bowl to prevent the dough from sticking to the sides
2. Place frozen dough in pan/bowl and cover with sprayed/oiled plastic wrap
3. Preheat oven to 200º, then turn the oven off
4, boil 2 quarts of water and put in a pan on a lower rack in the oven
5. Put the dough in the oven and let thaw and rise until double in size

Regular Thaw Method:
1. Spray pan or large bowl with a cooking spray or oil the pan/bowl to prevent the dough from sticking to the sides
2. Place frozen dough in pan/bowl and cover with sprayed/oiled plastic wrap
3. let thaw and rise until double in size

Refrigerator Thaw Method:
1. Spray pan or large bowl with a cooking spray or oil the pan/bowl to prevent the dough from sticking to the sides
2. Place frozen dough in pan/bowl and cover with sprayed/oiled plastic wrap
3. Refrigerate dough overnight
4. In the morning the dough may need to continue to rise at room temperature until double in size
