4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 C shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and minced
½ TSP Garlic powder
1 TBS Barbecue seasoning - optional
2 ( 8 oz ) Boneless, skinless, chicken breast
6 strips bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Combine Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno's, garlic powder and bbq seasoning in bowl. Mix well.
3. Cut Pocket in chicken or fillet chicken open. Apply filling. If fillet, roll up. Then Wrap with 3 slices of Bacon.
4. Bake 40 minutes, until done. Let Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
