2 packages cream cheese
2 cans Rotel
1 package Jimmy Dean sausage or deer sausage

Directions:
Brown sausage and drain ALL fat off. In a separate bowl, melt the cream cheese and Rotel together then add sausage. Let simmer a few minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Also can be put on burgers, tacos, or breakfast burritos!
