Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. lean ground meat
1 pkg. dry taco mix
¾ cup water
1 can kidney or chili beans, drained; rinsed
1 head of lettuce
1 chopped onion
½ cup sliced black olives
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 oz. Fritos or corn chips
1 (8 oz.) Cataling dressing
2 or 3 chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat until pink is gone. Drain. Sprinkle in taco mix. Add water, let simmer until water is reduced. Add beans to mix. Chop up lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and olives. Put in large bowl. Add meat mixture (slightly warm), corn chips, cheese and Catalina dressing. Toss until dressing is well mixed. As the meat might be warm it is best to serve this at once. The lettuce will wilt. This makes quite a large amount and can be reduced by using less meat and lettuce.
