8 oz. macaroni
1 tbsp. butter
¼ cup chopped onion
2-1/2 cups condensed cream of celery soup
½ cup cooked peas
2-1/2 diced, cooked chicken
1-1/2 cups sliced carrots
1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in 1-1/2 quart boiling water with 4 teaspoons salt. Boil rapidly, stirring constantly, for two minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Blend in soup and milk. Stir until smooth. Add chicken, carrots and peas. Simmer over low heat 5 minutes. Rinse macaroni with warm water and drain. Combine macaroni with chicken mixture. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs, butter, poultry seasoning, and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
