2 eggs
¾ cup water
2 (5-1/2 oz.) pkgs. of Bisquick
1-1/2 cups grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dry mustard



Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in water. Add Bisquick and beat. Add mustard and 1 cup of cheese. Mix. Turn batter into pan, sprinkle with rest of cheese and dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack before slicing.
