Quick Beef Stroganoff Recipe

cup of butter

cup chopped onion

1 pound of ground chuck, hamburg, or beef tips (browned and drained)

1 clove garlic chopped

2 Tablespoons of flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of paprika

teaspoon of pepper

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 cube of chicken bouillon

1 cup sour cream

1 pound bag of egg noodles, cooked according to package.

In a large pot, combine onion and butter and cook till onion is soft.

Add meat, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.Mix well and simmer on medium for 5 minutes covered.

Add soup and bouillon. Mix well and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Add sour cream. Mix well and heat through.

Serve over egg noodles.
