Dressing- mix in small jar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
3 oz package ramen noodles
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
1 bunch romaine lettuce
4 green onions

Mix dressing ingredients in small jar and shake until well mixed.
In frying pan-
Melt butter or margarine.
Crumble the ramen noodles and add to fry pan. (Discard seasoning pack).
Saut noodles over med heat. ( they burn easily). Saut until golden brown.
Set on paper towel to drain.
In large bowl-
Combine chopped broccoli, torn romaine, chopped onions..
Just before serving, add ramen noodles and dressing.

Need to eat this all at meal as the ramen noodles get soft!
