1 lb Hot Italian Sausage
1 lg onion, chopped
6 slices bacon, cut up
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
2 cans chicken broth
1 can water
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 to 3/4 bag fresh baby spinach

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crumble and fry the Italian sausage with the chopped onion.
2. Fry cut up bacon separately.
3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste
4. Add the bacon, chicken broth, water and Italian seasoning; Simmer 20 minutes
5. Then add evaporated milk and spinach
Simmer another to 10 minutes

Can add cooked potatoes if desired.
