Bottom Layer:
1 box yellow cake mix (Pillsbury works best)
1 egg
1 stick of butter (room temp)

Top Layer:
1# (16 oz) confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz) cream cheese (room temp)
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bottom layer and spread into a 9 X 12 greased pan. Should be the consistency of Play-Dough.

Mix together the top layer ingredients and pour over the bottom layer. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
