Ingredients:	Ingredients: First layer: 1½ c. flour 1¼ c. butter Second layer: 8 oz cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. cool whip Third layer: 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix 3 c. milk Cool whip chopped nuts

Directions:	Directions: Mix flour and butter and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes in 375º oven. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Pour over cooled first layer. Whip pudding and milk until thick. Pour over second layer. Use remaining cool whip on top. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Top with chopped nuts, if desired.
