2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 c coconut oil
1 c sugar
1 c sour cream
2 large eggs
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 t vanilla extract
1 c blueberries + 2 t flour
Glaze:
1 c powdered sugar
2 T fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugar, sour cream, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Toss the blueberries with the flour then fold into batter.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool. Remove from pan.

Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over loaf.
