1-9 inch pie crust
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup dark corn syrup
½ cup sugar
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
4 eggs
⅓ cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla








Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pie shell. In large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed beat syrup, sugar, and brown sugar, for 1 minute scraping sides of bowl. Beat in eggs, butter, and vanilla until well blended. Pour filling over pecans. Bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until set.
