Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 c. flour ⅓ c. sugar 4 t. baking powder ½ t. salt ½ c. butter 1 egg, beaten ⅓ c. milk

Directions:	Directions: Mix together flour, sugar, baking power and salt. Cut in butter. Add well beaten egg and milk. Mix until blended. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
