1 T Butter
1 lb Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
14 oz Beef Broth
10 3/4 oz Cream Mushroom Soup
1 Env Lipton Beefy Onion Soup
1 pk 24 oz Swedish or Home-style Meatballs
2/3 C Sour Cream
2 T Minced Fresh Parsley or 2 t minced dried parsley
Cooked Noodles or Mashed Potatoes

1. In the large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat; sauté mushrooms until tender, 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a 4 qt slow cooker. Stir in beef broth, cream of chicken soup and onion soup mix. Stir in meatballs. Cook covered, on low until the flavors are blended. 5-6 hours.
2. Stir in the sour cream and parsley. Cook, covered, until heated through, about 15 minutes. If desired, serve with noodles.
