1 cup water heater to 110 degrees
2 1/4 teaspoon dry active yeast
1/2 tablespoon molasses
3 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

For Zatar:
1/4 cup sumac seasoning
3 tablespoons Turkish oregano
3 tablespoons dried thyme
1 1/4 sea salt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Hint: Penzey spices sells pre made Set at seasoning

Directions:
Combine water, molasses and yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes to let yeast activate and become foamy.
Add yeast to dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl with dough hook. Start mixer on low and gradually add oil as it mixes. Knead dough for 10 minutes by hand or in mixer. Take dough and form a ball and place in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1 hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Roll into balls then out into an 8" round. Using your finger, simple the top of the breads. Cover and rest 1 5 minutes. Place breads onto an liked baking tray. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove and spread Set at seasoning mixer with olive oil over the breads. Cook another 8 minutes.

Hot flavored bread is a must.The warm spices of the star are irresistible. Serve with baked chicken. Great with grilled meats and fish. I make 2 batches as they are gobbled up!
