½ pkg shells (large)
3 tbsp butter
½ lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
⅛ C minced onion
¼ C minced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
⅛ C sherry wine (optional)
⅛ C Parmesan grated cheese
1 tsp salt
⅛ - ½ C dry bread crumbs
2 pint jars of spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 tsp salt to 2 quarts rapidly boiling water. Gradually add shells so the water does not stop boiling. Boil uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Drain portion of water, allowing shells to remain in warm water.
Melt butter in large pan. Add pork and beef. Cook until lightly browned. Add onions, celery, garlic. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes until celery is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sherry, grated cheese, salt, bread crumbs. Stuff each shell with slightly cooled mixture. Close and pour 1 jar of spaghetti sauce into a shallow casserole dish. Arrange stuffed shells in and top with second jar of sauce. Cover and bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
