Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Filling:
1 Whole small chicken, cooked until tender in crock pot and pulled off the bone
1 can cream of chicken with herbs soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
bunch of mixed vegetables
tiny bit of water (just enough to rinse out the soup cans)
about an inch slice of velvetta cheese cut into little chunks

Pie Crust:(This will produce a double crust)
2 c. flour
smidge of salt
1 c. crisco,
1/2 c. COLD milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Pie Crust:
Pour flour into a bowl, add the salt, then cut in the Crisco until pea sized. Add COLD milk and mix just until it holds together. The dough will be very sticky. Separate into two. Roll out between wax paper or better yet, save the bags from your cereal boxes, pull the seams open and lay flat. This is much thicker than wax paper and the dough releases SO easily!

Mix all the other ingredients together then put between pie crust. Cut some good size slits in the top then brush with milk .
Bake for at least an hour

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I save the little bits of vegetables from other meals and place in a bag in my freezer....then use them to make pot pie.

This flakey pie crust recipe is really easy, even for a non-pie baker like me. I have started using it for all my recipes!
