6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Italian Dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 400 degrees.

Spray 9x13 pan.

Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Dip chicken in Italian dressing, and then coat with the bread crumb mixture.

Bake 20-25 minutes, turning half way through.

I have found that if you bake the chicken on a rack placed over the 9 x 13 pan, the coating will stay crisper.
