1 cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp celery seed
1 Tbsp dried basil
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ing together. When making stew, use 2-4 Tbsp of mixture per pound of meat. Toss meat in mixture before browning it. This can be stirred into stew mixture (potatoes, celery, carrots, and meat) after mixed if meat premade. Add flour and preserved potato water to reach desired stew thickness.
