3 c. diced fresh rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1½ c. flour
½ c. butter
½ c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix sugar and flour and combine with rhubarb. Place in a greased 6x10 inch baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, rolled oats and flour. Cut in butter and shortening. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
