1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
½ c. sugar
¾ c. rich milk
2 eggs, separated
1 c. cream, whipped
1 t. vanilla
pinch of salt
Crust:
12-16 crushed graham crackers
3 T. melted butter
3 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soak package of gelatin in ⅓ c. cold water. Mix together sugar, milk and egg yolks in double broiler. Boil 1 minute. Stir in gelatin mixture. Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. When pudding is set, add stiff egg whites, whipped cream, vanilla and salt. Mix together crust ingredients and line the bottom of a dish with ⅔ of the crumbs, Then pour in pudding and put remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
