3-5 lbs. of beef brisket... 3 oz. Liquid Smoke
1 T. Worcestershire sauce... 1/4 tsp. garlic & onion salt
BBQ Sauce -- 1 cup ketchup.... 4 T. brown sugar
4 T. vinegar.... 4 T. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt.... 3 dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in sauce of Liquid Smoke, W sauce, salts. In oven at 250º or crock pot on low and slow. Both for 4-5 hours. While meat is cooking, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and hot sauce together. When beef is tender remove from oven - drain some of the broth off but add a bit to the BBQ sauce & stir. Let beef cool, slice, and pour BBQ sauce over it and warm up in 350º oven for about an hour while basting with sauce often.

Personal Notes:
This is one of Darrell's favorite meals and so easy to make. Sometimes I will add a bit of bourbon to the BBQ sauce - well I am from Kentucky!
