4-6 pork chops ... 1/2 cup flour...1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard...1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can chicken and rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour, mustard and garlic powder together. Dredge chops with mixture and brown in skillet with 2 T. oil. Place in baking dish and pour the soup over the chops. Cook, covered at 300º for about 2 hours or on 350º for 45 mins.

These are the easiest pork chops to make. I always cook them low and slow for tenderness then they are fork ready. Sometimes I even skip the dredge and browning step for faster preparation. You can also make these in a crock pot too!
