1 pkg. lemon cake mix ... 1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg ... 1 pkg. buttercream or lemon frosting mix
1- 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened ... 2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg, stir. Pat in 9x13 greased pan. Blend frosting mix into cream cheese (remove 1/2 cup for frosting). Then add 2 eggs, beat 3-5 mins. Spread over base. Bake at 350º for 30-40 mins. Cool then top with reserved frosting. Cut. Serve.
