¾ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
¾ cup flour
¾ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats
1½ cup raisins or choc chips

Drop by tablespoon. Press down for crisp one and leave in mounds for chewy ones. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Can use chocolat chips instread of raisins.
