2 lb. pork sausage
1 large can V-8 Juice
2 cans of kidney or pinto beans (undrained)
1 (24 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 med. onions, chopped
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Brown meat in Dutch oven; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Makes 3 qts.
